SHIPPING POLICY
Chic & Curvy Couture Boutique

This Shipping Policy ("Policy") governs the shipment of all products purchased from Chic & Curvy Couture Boutique ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") through chiccurvyboutique.com or any affiliated platform. By placing an order with us, you ("Customer" or "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Policy.
1. Order Processing
1.1 All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. We do not process or ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or recognized U.S. federal holidays.
1.2 Standard processing time is three (3) to five (5) business days from the date the order is successfully placed and payment is received.
1.3 During high sales periods, promotional events, product launches, and holiday seasons, processing times may extend to seven (7) to nine (9) business days.
1.4 Pre-order items will ship according to the estimated release date specified in the individual product description.
1.5 Order confirmation emails are typically delivered within forty-eight (48) to seventy-two (72) hours of order placement, excluding weekends and holidays. Tracking information will be provided once the order has been dispatched from our facility.
2. Order Modifications and Cancellations
2.1 Once an order has been submitted, we are unable to make any adjustments, additions, or modifications to the order under any circumstances. No exceptions will be made.
2.2 We are unable to cancel orders once they have been submitted. By submitting an order, you agree to accept the products as ordered.
2.3 Orders may not be combined or consolidated, regardless of whether they were placed on the same day or by the same customer account.
2.4 Chic & Curvy Couture Boutique does not guarantee the availability or stock of any item, including items that appeared to be in stock at the time the order was placed. In the event an item becomes unavailable after an order is submitted, we will contact you to issue a store credit for the unfulfilled portion of your order.
3. Domestic Shipping (United States)
3.1 We ship to all fifty (50) United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.
3.2 Standard domestic shipping is provided through the United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS) at our discretion.
3.3 Priority shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee. Priority shipping refers to expedited transit time only and does not reduce the standard processing time set forth in Section 1.
3.4 Expedited or rush shipping options not available at checkout may be requested by contacting Customer Service at 800-783-7058 prior to placing your order. Additional fees apply and availability is not guaranteed.
3.5 All shipping prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD).
4. International Shipping
4.1 We ship to most international destinations. International shipping rates are calculated based on package weight and destination and will be displayed at checkout.
4.2 Estimated international transit time is up to two (2) weeks following dispatch from our facility. Transit times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
4.3 International shipping charges do not include any applicable duties, taxes, tariffs, customs fees, brokerage fees, or value-added taxes (VAT). Such charges are the sole responsibility of the Customer and are assessed by the destination country's customs authority.
4.4 When you place an international order, you are the importer of record and are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations of the destination country. Chic & Curvy Couture Boutique has no control over, and assumes no liability for, customs delays, duty assessments, or refusal of entry by customs authorities.
4.5 International orders refused at customs, returned undeliverable, or abandoned by the recipient are not eligible for refund of shipping fees or product cost. Any return shipping fees, customs reprocessing fees, and storage fees will be deducted from any store credit issued.
5. Carrier Liability and Lost, Stolen, or Misdirected Packages
5.1 Once a package leaves our facility and is in the possession of the shipping carrier, all risk of loss and title for the products pass to the Customer.
5.2 Chic & Curvy Couture Boutique is not responsible or liable for the following:
• Carrier delays, including delays caused by weather, mechanical issues, customs holds, or carrier operational issues.
• Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as not received by the Customer.
• Packages lost, stolen, damaged, or misdirected by the carrier after dispatch.
• Packages delivered to an incorrect address as a result of Customer-entered shipping information.
• Packages refused or returned to sender.
5.3 Claims for lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be filed directly with the shipping carrier or with Route Package Protection (see Section 6) if coverage was purchased at checkout.
6. Shipping Protection (Route+)
6.1 Optional shipping protection is available through Route+ at the time of purchase. Route+ provides coverage for lost, stolen, or damaged packages subject to its own terms, conditions, and claim procedures.
6.2 If Route+ coverage is declined at checkout, the Customer assumes full responsibility for the package once it has been dispatched, and Chic & Curvy Couture Boutique will not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage occurring during transit.
6.3 Route+ claims must be filed directly with Route at route.com in accordance with Route's claim policies. Chic & Curvy Couture Boutique is not a party to the Route+ protection agreement.
7. Shipping Address Accuracy
7.1 It is the sole responsibility of the Customer to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time the order is placed.
7.2 We are unable to change a delivery address once an order has been dispatched. Packages returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the Customer may be reshipped at the Customer's expense, or the order value (less original shipping fees and a fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee) may be issued as store credit at our discretion.
8. Inspection Upon Delivery
8.1 The Customer is required to inspect all products promptly upon delivery.
8.2 Any claim of damaged, defective, or incorrect products must be reported to Customer Service within three (3) calendar days of delivery in accordance with our Return Policy. Failure to report within this period waives any right to remedy.
9. Events Outside Our Control (Force Majeure)
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in shipping caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, severe weather, natural disasters, pandemics, epidemics, governmental action, labor disputes, carrier service disruptions, supply chain interruptions, fire, flood, war, terrorism, or civil unrest.
10. Modifications to This Policy
Chic & Curvy Couture Boutique reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this Shipping Policy at any time and without prior notice. The version of the Policy in effect at the time of your order will govern that transaction.
