1. Our Products
a) Although we have made every effort to display the colors accurately, the images of the products on our site are for illustrative purposes only.
b) We cannot guarantee that your computer's display of the colors accurately reflects the color of the products, your products may vary slightly from those images.
2. Processing Guidelines
a) All products on the site are subject to availability and payment being received before the order is processed.
b) Chic & Curvy Couture Boutique will contact you if the Products you have ordered are out of stock, or if additional identification is needed for credit card verification.
3. Shipping
a) We can ship locally to addresses located within the United States, and to all International destinations.
b) We can ship Same-Day locally to addresses located within the United States. ALL ORDERS MUST BE PLACED BY OR BEFORE 1PM EST M-F. *Please Note: We do not ship on Saturday Or Sunday
c) R.S.V.P Collections: We ONLY UPS Ground locally to addresses located within the United States, and UPS GROUND/ DHL to all International destinations. ( If you need a Express Shipping Please Contact Us at 800-783-7058 so we can assist you.)
d) Orders within the United States are shipped through USPS or UPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Order processing times are currently 1 - 2 business days.
e) Express shipping is available at checkout. Prices vary depending on the shipping method selected. Standard 1-2 day processing times still apply before express orders are shipped.
f) When you place your order, you will get an approximate delivery time for your order based on the availability of your items. Depending on your region, shipping date estimates will appear on the shipping quotes page.
g) Standard shipping time frames are an estimate and may be extend depending on the courier.
4. International shipping and costs
a) One your garment has been processed, we aim to deliver domestic orders within 2 – 4 business days and international orders within 4 – 6 weeks of your order being processed.
b) Appropriate shipping fees do apply. Please note that International shipping charges do not include taxes or duties. Please contact your local customs office to request details of these charges. We are unable to change your delivery address once an order has been dispatched.
5. International shipping policies
a) If you order products from our site for delivery to an international destination, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches your country.
b) You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes; J. Brooks Boutique has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which may cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
c) Customs policies vary widely from country to country; kindly contact your local customs office for more information. When ordering from Chic & Curvy Couture Boutique, you are considered the "importer of record" and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. We will not be liable or responsible if you break any such law.
6. Inspection
You are required to inspect the delivered Products once you receive you order and ensure that the products are in “as expected” condition. In the event they are not in an “as expected” condition, please visitChic Return Department to initiate an exchange or refund within 72 hours.
7. Returns, Store Credit and Exchanges
7.1 Returns
a) We accept returns on most Products within 14 days of receipt, on items that HAVE NOT BEEN USED/WORN or ALTERED, and with ALL tags and/or stickers attached AND accompanied with original Sale Receipts for store credit only. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. To initiate a return, please visit Chic Return Department.
b) All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of your order being delivered. Customer is responsible for return shipping
c) Packages received by our returns department that are postmarked between 15-30 days of delivery will be subject to a 20% restocking fee
d) Packages received by our returns department that are postmarked after 30 days of delivery will be returned to sender at the customer's expense.
e) Packages received by our returns department that are not eligible for return (sale items/final sale items) will be returned to sender at the customer's expense
f) Please note that we do not accept returns/exchanges on custom orders
g) Final sale items can not be returned or exchanged. Below is a list of final sale items:

- Door-busters
- Items that are on sale
- Items marked as final sale
- Intimates: Shapers and lingerie sets

g) Once your return is received, you will be issued a digital store credit within 3 days. We do not offer refunds at this time.
h) Returns with Sezzle: If you return a product where you paid with Sezzle, you are still responsible for finishing payments with Sezzle. If you have a question or concern about your Affirm order, please contact us at Customerservice@chiccurvyboutique.com. Do not send returns back to Sezzle.
7.2 Exchanges
a) Unfortunately due to how quickly our items sell out, we are unable to offer exchanges a this time. At the time we receive your return, we will issue you a store credit within 3 days to purchase the size you'd like.
8. Damaged or defective goods
a) At Chic & Curvy Couture Boutique, we are committed to selling only first-quality products. To that end, we employ several quality checks before an item is shipped.
b) If you have received a damaged or defective item, please visit Chic Return Department within three (3) days of receiving the order to be eligible for a free exchange with a free replacement item or full refund.
c) In the case of a refund, we will be able to issue your refund within 5 days of us receiving the damaged or defective product. Refunds will be issued as a store credit.
d) For Replacements, we will ship to you a new replacement Product, within 5 days of us receiving the damaged or defective product, as per our Shipping policy. If a replacement is not available, we will issue you a store credit.
9. Payments
a) Payments can be made by PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover. You must be able to confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is your own, or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it.
b) All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to Chic & Curvy Couture Boutique, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. Where applicable, prices are inclusive of VAT. All credit/debit card transactions on this site are processed using secure third party online payment gateways that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment.
10. Events outside our control
We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a Contract that is caused by events outside our reasonable control, including (but not restricted to) fire, flood, severe weather, explosion, war, act of terrorism, industrial dispute, or acts of local or central Government or other competent authorities. This does not affect your statutory rights.
11. Entire agreement
a) These terms and conditions and other notices elsewhere on our website contain the whole agreement between us and you relating to the supply of products.
b) No other terms or conditions will form part of the Contract, unless agreed by us in writing and signed by an authorized Chic & Curvy Couture Boutique employee.
12. Our right to vary these terms and conditions
We have the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions from time to time. You will be subject to the terms and conditions in force at the time that you order products from us.
13. Law and jurisdiction
a) This website, any content contained herein and any contract brought into being as a result of use of this website, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
b) The parties to any such contract agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts within the United States. All contracts are concluded in English and no public filing requirements apply.

Returns
What is your Return Policy?
At Chic Boutique, we understand that sometimes your dream item didn’t end up being all that dreamy. We are happy to accept returns and will issue store credit for the amount of the item(s). Please review our full return policy below.

Returns are for store credit only. No refunds will be issued.

Free prepaid return labels are generated below for US orders only.

Items marked FINAL SALE may not be returned, refunded or exchanged.

All returns/exchanges must be done within 14 days of order receipt.

Items must be unwashed and unworn. If items appear worn, have makeup or other stains, excessive pet hair, or smell of smoke or perfume, your return WILL NOT be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.
- NON-RETURNABLE: Final sale items, Jewelry & Accessories, Intimates, Bras, Camisoles, Slips, Socks, Hats, and Health & Beauty items All Bridal & Formal Gown & Adult Personal Items.

Shoes must be returned in their original box or bag provided and placed inside an additional protective shipping safe box/bag to be eligible. If there is any damage to the original package, your return will not be accepted.

Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise. Please contact sales@chiccurvyboutique.com or 800-783-7058 for assistance.
- Chic Boutique reserves the right to charge a 20% restocking fee for excessive returns. This pertains to a return rate over 75%.
- Chic Boutique reserves the right to terminate accounts in its sole discretion.
- Store credit expires 2 years after it being issued.
Items not meeting the above guidelines will be returned to you at your expense; after 14 days all non-returnable merchandise will be donated. For additional information on returns, or if you have a question that wasn’t answered, please email us at sales@chiccurvyboutique.com .
How do I return my merchandise?
We offer a simple option to send back your return merchandise! Follow our easy steps for a hassle-free return.
- Please review our return policy to be sure your return meets our requirements. Returns that do not meet requirements will not be accepted and additional postage will be paid to have them returned to you.
- Place unwanted merchandise in a shipping safe box or envelope with original invoice included.

When will my return be processed?
We typically process all returns within 5-7 business days. Once processed, you will receive an email showing it has been completed and your credit is available for use! We appreciate your patience around the holidays. Please record your tracking information to check when it arrives back to our facilities.
If you have any issues with printing your return label, please email Sales@chiccurvyboutique.com. We will send a confirmation email when your store credit is available.

Exchanges
How does the exchange process work?
If you would like to exchange the same item for a different size, you may go ahead and place a new order for that item. You will receive free shipping from our boutique for the new item and we will issue a REFUND back to your original payment form for that item when your return is processed. All other returns are for store credit only. Click on the link above to begin any exchange process as well.
Can I exchange my item for a different size?
Yes! We have two options you can take to exchange your item for a new size.

Our inventory moves quickly, so we recommend purchasing the new size now. Return the original size to us within 14 days of ordering for a refund.
- Return the unwanted size to us, note the exchange on your invoice, and we’ll ship the new one. A credit will be issued if the item has sold out.
Please be aware that sale items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
How do I exchange my purchase for a completely different item?
If you’d like to exchange your purchase for an entirely different item, please send your item(s) back to us. We will then issue store credit to you, making it easy for you to purchase your desired item.
